Our legacy

  • Grupo Ruiz traces its origins back to the late 19th century. Founded by Mariano Ruiz, the company initially focused on transporting goods across Madrid using horse-drawn vehicles.
  • A decade later, we introduced our first passenger bus service.
  • Since then, the company has grown steadily today operates a fleet of over 1,300 vehicles with a team of 2,800 employees.
  • We are also present in Portugal and Morocco, with a top-tier catalogue of technological resources applied to a wide range of services.
  • We promote projects related to innovation and sustainability, such as Inspira Madrid, aimed at creating a new transport model powered by green hydrogen.
