    All our urban buses are fully adapted for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM). They feature reserved seating, access ramps, and other accessibility elements. At Grupo Ruiz, we are committed to providing a high-quality transport service for everyone, with inclusion and safety as our top priorities.

    All of our offices meet accessibility and safety standards, guaranteeing comfortable and safe access for everyone. We have ramps, emergency information signage, minimum passage widths, etc.

    To make our service accessible to everyone, we have adapted our bus stops to meet the needs of people with mobility challenges. Improvements include infrastructure adjustments, such as lowering curbs, to facilitate safer and easier boarding and alighting.
